Chicago Fire vs. UIC Flames benefit match for charity

For the second successive season, the Chicago Fire will take on the UIC Flames to support Chicago's underprivileged youth through the FireWorks for Kids Foundation and America SCORES Chicago.

This is an unusual chance to see the Chicago Fire play in the heart of the city at Flames Field, located at 901 West Roosevelt Road.

Last year, Section 8 had a blast supporting the team.

Come out and support the Fire for charity!

From the South: Take Taylor Street/Roosevelt Road exit off of Interstate 90/94 (Dan Ryan Expressway) and turn left at first stoplight, which is Roosevelt Road. Flames Field is located behind the Physical Education Building at 901 West Roosevelt Road, about two blocks west, once you exit the expressway. Parking is available across the street from the Physical Education Building.

From the North: Take Taylor Street/Roosevelt Road exit off of Interstate 90/94 (Kennedy Expressway). At the second stoplight, which is Roosevelt Road, turn right. Flames Field is located behind the Physical Education Building at 901 West Roosevelt Road, about one block west, once you turn onto Roosevelt Road. Parking is available across the street from the Physical Education Building.

From the West: Take Racine Avenue exit off of Interstate 290 (Eisenhower Expressway). Turn right at Racine and immediately make a left onto Harrison Street. Take Harrison Street to Halsted Street and turn right. Take Halsted Street about half a mile to Roosevelt Road. At Roosevelt Road turn right. Flames Field is located behind the Physical Education Building at 901 West Roosevelt Road, about one block west, once you turn onto Roosevelt Road. Parking is available across the street from the Physical Education Building.

From Downtown: Take the Ashland Avenue exit off of Interstate 290 (Eisenhower Expressway) and turn left onto Ashland. Take Ashland Avenue to Harrison Street and turn left. Take Harrison Street to Halsted Street and turn right. Take Halsted Street about half a mile to Roosevelt Road. At Roosevelt Road turn right. Flames Field is located behind the Physical Education Building at 901 West Roosevelt Road, about one block west, once you turn onto Roosevelt Road. Parking is available across the street from the Physical Education Building.
